Preparing vegan meals has never been easier than it is now, thanks to so many great companies out there making products that can replace their animal derived counterparts. This is a list of some of our go-to plant based kitchen stables. With them just about any recipe can be veganized.
What about butter? Butter replacement from Miyoko’s Creamery.
Egg Replacement? Go with ground flax or VeganEgg from Follow Your Heart.
Replacing parmesan, the B-12 packed solution is Nutritional Yeast.
Looking for cheese shreds, there are a ton of options that really melt. You can’t go wrong with Violife. Plus, they’ve got more than just shreds.
Need broth, go no further than the full selection of bouillon cubes from Edward & Sons.
There’s even a vegan worcestershire. Did you even know it wasn’t normally vegan? Annie’s makes a great one.
As for milk and creamer, take your pick. A few of our favorites are hemp milk from Tempt, oat milk from Happy Planet and Nutpods for your morning joe.
Lastly, meat. How to replace meat? There are tons of fake meats out there, try them and find out what works for you. For us the answer is simple. Cook more beans!!!
